Had a relaxing spa treatment today and we are blown away by the hospitality of the team they make you feel warm and comfortable.The massage surely is extremely good and therupatic, Thanks to the whole grand Mercure family for setting the bar on wellness .10/10

I recently visited the tattva spa located on grandmercure hotel ,the services was fantastic the deals were great.i just love how they treat their guests calm and collected no matter how much you ask them about the treatments be it facial scrub or anything also they have launched their new facials which is superb . Thanks the whole team

Very good service, the staff is very polite and welcoming. The rooms need a bit of update. Tulika and Aneesh along with the rest of the team were great. Every request was promptly addressed The breakfast buffet is good and the poolside was great fun for kids.

I had a great experience. Though im from different country, staffs are approachable and polite. Had delicious dining services. The receptionist Binto is highly appreciatable on doing his job excellent. Over all well satisfied. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay. Staff (Avinash, Binto and Xavier) are very cordial. I am a fan of Asian cuisine. On request, chef made Kungpao Chicken(one of the best I had in recent times :-)
